Marilyn and Dan moved to Lake of the Ozarks in 2012. Together Dan and Marilyn have 4 grown children and 13 grandchildren. They love living at the Lake and helping their clients find their dream homes.

Marilyn has over 20 years of real estate experience. Her career started in Kansas City, MO before moving to the Lake full time in 2012. Marilyn holds a BA degree from Park University in Marketing & Management and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1994. Marilyn enjoys travel, fashion consulting, line dancing, and spending time with friends and family.

Dan has been in the construction & real estate business since 1970. In 2012, he retired from his position as Vice President of Business Development at Straub Construction Company in Shawnee, Kansas. Before his 16 years at Straub Construction, Dan worked for Neighbors Construction in the greater Kansas City area for over 15 years as Estimator and Project Manager.

Also, Dan has over 7 years of experience in the home building business. After moving to the Lake full time from their Parkville, Missouri home, Dan decided in 2013 to join his wife Marilyn as a real estate agent for Four Seasons Realty and work together as a team. Dan is active with his church as a deacon, he also works as a volunteer in Prison Ministry at Tipton Prison. Dan enjoys travel, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
