Mia Herring was born and raised in Jackson MO. She comes from a background of 7 years in real estate and 25 years in the chemical research/manufacturing industry and brings a knowledge of market trends, excellent customer service and a love for research and numbers to bear when working with her real estate clients.


Mia Herring attended Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau MO, where she met her husband. His employment with the Illinois State Police led them to reside in Fairview Heights IL. Mia’s sister is a real estate broker in Kansas and Missouri and encouraged her to obtain her Illinois broker’s license. Since retiring from the chemical manufacturing industry, Mia continues to serve her real estate clients in Illinois.


Mia Herring currently resides in Osage Beach MO and holds a Missouri Salesperson’s license. Her family has vacationed in Lake of the Ozarks for more than 20 years. She has personal experience with buying and selling real estate at the lake. This personal experience, professional knowledge and love of “lake life” are invaluable assets she offers to her clients. She is committed to helping people accomplish their dreams of home ownership in both Missouri and Illinois.


Mia Herring has been married for 32 years. She has three adult sons, a granddaughter and a dog (Chewbaka). She is a worship leader at a church where her family regularly attends. She spends her free time boating, fishing, reading, decorating and volunteering wherever service is needed.
